By accessing or using StitchAuto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
StitchAuto provides an online platform for converting PNG and SVG artwork into machine-ready embroidery files (PES, DST, JEF, VP3, and others). We offer both automated browser-based analysis and professional digitizing services.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
4. Uploaded Content
You retain ownership of any artwork you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and convert your files solely for the purpose of providing our services. You represent that you have the right to upload and convert the content.
5. Orders & Payments
Professional digitizing services are priced based on file complexity as determined by our analyzer. Payment is required before processing. Turnaround time is typically within 24 hours of order confirmation.
6. Refund Policy
If the delivered file does not match the specifications ordered, contact us within 7 days for a free revision or refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
StitchAuto and its logos, designs, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
StitchAuto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, beyond the amount you paid for the specific order.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
